Essentials Job Functions
- Welcome customers to the store and provide comprehensive product and service information
- Process sales transactions with precision, handling cash and credit card payments with accuracy
- Stay updated on current sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security protocols
- Proactively suggest merchandise based on customer preferences, effectively upselling when appropriate
- Monitor and replenish inventory levels, ensuring shelves are consistently well-stocked
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays
- Contribute to setting up eye-catching displays and visual merchandising
- Handle product returns and exchanges professionally and courteously
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Resolve customer issues with a positive and professional demeanor, delivering exceptional service at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and issues effectively and courteously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with staff, customers, and business partners.
- Strong knowledge of all applicable software programs used. Must be able to multitask using multiple software applications at any given time.
- Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and deliver superior customer services with little input from others.
- Always looking for the best interest of both guests and the hotels.
- Able to perform a job with attention to detail and can effectively organize and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be able to work in teams and involve others in decision-making when applicable.
- Forward thinking, sharp trainer skills, and ability to mentor and develop team members.
- MUST have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed or directed.
- One year or more working in luxury Retail Sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
