JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible for providing a clean and pleasant dining experience by clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables, and ensuring the dining room is well-stocked and tidy. Assist Servers by preparing tables, serving orders, explaining meals, and facilitating collaboration between kitchen and wait staff.
Practice social distancing, observe mask mandates and maintain hand washing routine as ordered by the CDC, Palm Beach County, and the State of Florida.
ESSENTIALS JOB FUNCTIONS:

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 months of Food & Beverage experience in a busser/runner/server assistant role.
- Good understanding of steps of service.
- Ability to carry and balance multiple plates/trays.
- Excellent guest service skills and passion for hospitality.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.
- Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with guests and co-workers.
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to perform consistent work to the hotel’s high standards.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Responsible Alcohol Service certificate.
- Previous fine dining experience/training.
- Prior experience with Food & Beverage POS systems.
- Fluent in a secondary language.
