Essential Duties :
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of developmentally disabled individuals. The BCBA will consult with coworkers, vendors, and client / family members regarding proactive, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborate with team members, related service providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate. job.

Education : Master's degree in psychology, education, counseling, behavior science, human development, social work, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
