This Guest Safety Specialist position is an integral part of our team at The Columbus Zoological Park Association. As a Seasonal Security Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests. Your duties will include providing assistance to guests with safety concerns, patrolling the property, and responding to incidents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Patrol the property, parking lots, and buildings during open and closed hours
- Operate vehicles to patrol and respond to incidents across the property
- Assist guests with safety concerns and directions
- Report any incidents or suspicious activity to management
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have basic first aid and CPR skills.
