Location: Rochester, NY
Compensation:
Up to $160,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Leading the regional legal team to achieve stated KPIs
- Cultivating and fostering positive relationships with clients and within the Colwell Law Group
- Collaborating with the Managing Attorney (Legal Development) to facilitate the growth of regional legal teams
- Ensuring a minimum of twenty-six (26) billed/collected hours per week are met
- Assisting in overseeing regional-specific office operations as directed by the Chief Operating Officer
- Create quarterly performance reports using KPIs for regional attorney reviews.
- Assign cases to regional attorneys to meet KPIs.
- Attend scheduled morning legal department meetings.
- Review regional attorney cases regularly for quality assurance.
- Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews with Director of Legal Operations.
- Assist in attorney recruitment and hiring procedures.
- Support new hire onboarding and training.
- Participate in billing and account management meetings.
Qualifications:
- Must have passed the Bar Exam
- Possess a Law Degree
- Should have at least 8 years of experience
- Must hold US Work Authorization
- Admitted to practice law in NYS
- Strong leadership and management skills are required
- Direct experience in Family and Matrimonial law is a bonus
