Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using multiple software systems and platforms.
- Provide support in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain an organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression.
- Handle customer inquiries with excellent customer service skills.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a medical or home care agency receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Calendars, Zoom, and more to be determined as we move forward.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
