JOB SUMMARY: This role involves identifying and recruiting organizations to engage in campaigns through direct, one-on-one relationships with leaders of local businesses and institutions. Responsibilities include presenting to these leaders or groups to raise awareness, educate, and recruit new participants. The role also entails coaching and supporting campaign coordinators by providing information, materials, and training to plan successful activities. Strategic account planning will be required to drive growth in production. The position demands flexibility, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet with coordinators and ensure smooth operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned):
- Account Recruitment & Planning

- Implement recruitment strategies in alignment with organizational goals to ensure productive and cost-effective campaigns that meet client needs and business objectives.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings to optimize resource use.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual campaign targets.
- Keep accurate records of recruitment efforts, sponsor group details, and campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with campaign coordinators, offering training and support well in advance of each campaign.
- Engage a diverse range of participants, including both first-time and repeat clients.
- Utilize marketing materials and other resources to communicate effectively with clients.
- Deliver professional presentations to inspire, educate, and motivate business leaders.
- Evaluate past campaigns with coordinators to identify opportunities for growth and plan future initiatives.
- Account Analysis & Strategic Planning

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in organizing campaigns with strategic planning and achieving targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to enhance performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking proficiency.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently schedule meetings and follow-ups.
- Strong negotiation skills to address issues professionally.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle. Occasional lifting (up to 35 lbs) may be required.
