Job Description for Property Manager
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Interview prospective tenants/accept applications
- Process rental applications
- includes criminal/credit screening, landlords, income/assets
- Receive and receipt rents and security deposits via software program
- Maintain waitlist for prospective tenants
- Process lease renewals at annual anniversary date
- Includes sending Notices to tenants, sending/receiving verifications, obtaining signatures and notifying tenants of rent changes
- Maintain program compliance with Federal & State Low Income Housing Tax Credit regulations
- Enforce Lease Agreement
- includes delivery of Tenant notices and Lease violations, if necessary
- Meet with tenants to address concerns regarding their housing/property
- Conduct move-in/move-out and annual inspections
- Attend industry specific training, as needed
- Receive and document maintenance requests
- Input via software program to maintain log
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Schedule unit restorations with maintenance staff to ensure timely unit turnover
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
