Community Supports Network (CSN) is currently offering a $2,000 hiring bonus for qualified candidates who apply and are successfully hired. *see below for expectations*
As a Front Line Supervisor (FLS), you will develop & lead team members to deliver quality services that help support individuals to learn, grow, and live their best lives & thrive as members of the community. This is a salaried position requiring evening & weekend availability, and will be part of the weekend on-call rotation once trained.
What you’ll need:
- minimum 1 year experience working with intellectually &/or developmentally disabled persons
- preferred minimum 1 year experience working in behavioral health services
- preferred minimum 1 year supervisory experience in similar fields
- valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, & current auto insurance
- must be 19 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to pass all background checks prior to hire & annually thereafter
- ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications
What you’ll do:
- manage & oversee residential home as well as staff working in the home
- complete daily, weekly, & monthly tasks (documentation, house & staff meetings, safety drills)
- assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
- support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
- run errands such as shopping and going to appointments
- encourage and foster individual's hobbies and interests
- follow health & safety protocols

The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments:
$300 - First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training,
$700 - 3 months of employment and all training complete,
$1,000 - 6 months of employment.
*Applicants previously employed by CSN within the past 6 months are not eligible for this bonus.
