Our most successful Program Coordinators (PC) are strong in motivating others, overcoming challenges and solving complex problems. They accept accountability and responsibility for themselves and their team. They build positive, engaging relationships with and among their team members.
The PC ensures high quality services are being provided and are reflective of CSN’s mission, principles and goals. The PC provides leadership, coaching, oversight and quality assurance of work completed by the Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals. PC also coordinates meetings and activities with team members, guardians and service coordinators to develop and maintain positive individual support programming for people receiving services.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or a related field OR
- Associates Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or a related field as well as two years’ experience in the human services field supervising others AND
- valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- ability to pass all background checks, including DMV Report
- 2 years’ experience in the field of intellectual disability services
- 1 years supervisory experience
- experience in developing behavior building programs
- applicants must also have availability to be on-call Monday-Friday as well as rotating weekends and holidays

The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments:
$300 - First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training,
$700 - 3 months of employment and all training complete,
$1,000 - 6 months of employment.
*Applicants previously employed by CSN within the past 6 months are not eligible for this bonus.
