The Community Supports Network (CSN) supports persons, both children and adults, with mental health needs and/or intellectual disabilities gain skills, knowledge, and experience to increasingly use and benefit from the resources and settings available to all citizens in our community.
The Program Coordinator will successfully translate and operationalize CSN strategy into everyday processes and capabilities. To develop and lead the works of talented employee team members in fulfillment of CSN Mission and achievement of Organizational Outcomes. To deliver high quality services that support customers to learn, grow, live their best possible lives and thrive as members of their community.
Minimum Requirements: One of the following requirements must be met: a) Bachelor's degree is social services, psychology, education, or related field. b) High school diploma/GED with two years of progressively responsible experience in the field of human services including supervising the work of others. Exceptions may be made based on combination of education and experience. All applicants mus possess a valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Must be willing to learn and physically capable of implementing crisis intervention techniques. The employee must have full range of motion, physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certification. The employee must possess good verbal and written communication skills including spelling and grammar.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a human service or related field and four years supervisory experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs.
