On Site Coordinator

The Community Table is dedicated to serving balanced, nutritious meals in a safe and welcoming environment, and connecting those in need with resources. They engage diverse volunteers and foster partnerships with local organizations to achieve their mission. Additionally, they raise awareness about hunger issues in the community and support efforts to increase self-reliance.

This is a part-time on-site role for an On-Site Coordinator located in Eau Claire, WI. The On-Site Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating meal services, managing volunteers, and ensuring a welcoming environment at The Community Table location.

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
• Experience in volunteer coordination and event management
• Knowledge of food service industry standards
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
• Previous experience in social services or community outreach is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
