As part of our team, you will receive:
- Group supervision for LMSWs
- Weekly didactic sessions led by experts in the field
- Ancillary training tailored to your clinical interests

Book Club
A unique feature of our practice is our biweekly book club. This experiential, hands-on program allows clinicians to deepen their knowledge in various therapeutic models (e.g., ACT, somatic IFS), blending theory with self-practice. The book club is a valued resource for enhancing clinical skills and fostering personal growth.
Culture and Environment
The Compassion Practice fosters a warm, collaborative environment where our team builds meaningful connections. We place an emphasis on mentorship, openness, and personal growth, with regular team-building activities to foster a supportive work culture. We value connection, and our staff enjoys bonding through social events such as pizza-making parties and more.
Our practice operates in a hybrid model, offering both in-person sessions at our Manhattan and Brooklyn locations, as well as Telehealth options, providing flexibility for both clinicians and clients.
This position offers a rare opportunity to grow in a supportive, dynamic, and enriching clinical environment, all while contributing to our shared mission of providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
