Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.8 years of professional experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a related discipline.Proven ability to craft engaging and effective messaging for diverse audiences.Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation development skills.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Experience working with C-suite executives and managing confidential, high-stakes communications.Familiarity with sustainability communications and external speaking engagement coordination.Proficiency with LinkedIn, SharePoint, Poppulo and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Communications to lead internal and external communications initiatives for the Chief Technology & Sustainability Officer who leads technology, innovation, sustainability and a new Carrier Energy business unit. This role will play a critical role in enhancing employee engagement and driving the visibility of our sustainability efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in managing a wide range of communication activities, executive-level support, and leadership collaboration.
Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
Write and distribute organizational announcements, newsletters, and leadership messages.Lead quarterly virtual Town Halls, including logistics and content.Oversee the management and content strategy of the company's intranet to ensure timely, engaging, and accessible information.Create a cadence of updates to celebrate achievements, milestones, and culture.Manage and execute employee recognition programs.External Communications :
