(1) Experience reviewing legal agreements for credit facilities to identify and extract data for submission into loan application; (2) oral and written communication skills; (3) attention to detail
Nice to have:
1) Familiarity with US, UK, and Europe jurisdictions; (2) knowledge of various lending products specifically Cap Calls; (3) intermediate excel and word experience
JOB DESCRIPTION
Review legal agreements for credit facilities to identify and extract data for submission into loan application.
The agreements will be under various jurisdictions, primarily US, UK, and Europe.
Contractors will be working on review of legal agreements either for BAU closings or data quality validation.
