Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and recording vital information for resident admission
• Documenting health metrics, including temperature and other essential data
• Providing medication administration and injections as required
• Treating and managing wounds, bedsores, and other conditions necessitating care
• Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care
• Assisting residents with daily tasks, such as personal hygiene and dressing
• Monitoring resident food and liquid intake and output for optimal health
