Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
We are currently seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team on weekends.
The base hourly rate is $23.48, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.
Detailed Job Description:
- Residents' well-being is observed and reported to the supervising nurse.
- Personal hygiene assistance is provided, including bed baths and shaving.
- Meal trays are prepared and food/fluid intake documented.
- Residents are fed and nutritional supplements served.
- Residents' spaces are maintained, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
- Residents are transported within the facility.
- Bedsores are prevented by turning bedridden residents.
- Confidentiality of all resident and facility data is maintained.
Essential Requirements:
- Teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
- Completion of a CNA program is mandatory.
- Current CNA state certification is required.
- Good standing with the State Registry is necessary.
