Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records in ICIMS, including tracking applicant status, follow-ups, and confirmations of new hires.
- Foster clear, professional communication and strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, external partners, and cross-functional teams to support a collaborative and effective recruitment process.
- Complete required training and certifications as needed to stay compliant with internal and Human Resources/Recruitment standards.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Hospitality-oriented.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish and English), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area, preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage sensitive or difficult situations professionally.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with the ICIMS platform; knowledge of ADP is a plus.
