Program: Norton Court
Position: Program Manager
Location: New Haven
Salary: $60-65,000 annually.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday, with weekend flexibility to meet the needs of the program.
Program Summary:
Norton Court provides mental health case management and housing support services to 45 individuals with chronic mental health disorders living throughout Greater New Haven. We provide individual case management and group psychoeducation to improve daily living skills and promote independent living in the community.
Position Summary:
This position is based in New Haven. The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Norton Court. The Program Manager provides supervision and guidance to case managers, supports effective staff: client interactions, guides provision of wrap-around services, and maintains effective relationships with funders and community partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years related experience
- Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
Orientation:
If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a mandatory New Hire Orientation that will be scheduled upon hire.
