What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager, HRIS position at The Connors Group?
HRIS Project Manager (Contract) :
- PRIOR HR systems implementation is REQUIRED.
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is ideal, covering HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and Applicant Tracking.
- Requires a hybrid skill set : Project Manager, Business Relationship Manager (BRM), and Portfolio Manager.
- Must manage both IT and operational projects.
- Must be a seasoned professional with experience in their respective field.
- Ability to adapt to a collaborative and evolving environment.
- Expected to work onsite in Bergen County NJ four (4) days a week.
