Administrative Assistant
Seeking an Administrative Assistant - This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Administrative Assistant seeking a high-energy work environment where they can make an immediate impact. The candidate that fills this position must have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities, and problem solve. We are seeking someone with a proactive, forward-thinking approach and the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the executive team
- Running errands
- Assisting with Accounting Projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years Administrative Assistant experience
- Have personal transportation
- Basic typing and computer skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software proficiency
- Able to perform general office administrative activities such as: copying, filing, delivering and using a multi-line telephone system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds such as boxes containing office and other supplies, computer equipment, etc.
