• Project Planning and Scheduling
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines and work breakdown structures.
  • Schedule meetings, workshops, and project milestones.
  • Track budgets, labor, materials, deadlines and manage project calendars and timelines.
• Communication and Coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Draft and distribute project updates, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain project documentation and respond to project-related inquiries.
• Administrative Support
  • Prepare project permits, proposals and budgets.
  • Manage project expenses and invoices.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for project team members.
  • Update project management tools and databases.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track project progress against key performance indicators.
  • Identify risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
  • Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Similar experience in project coordination or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Adobe, Microsoft Project, Asana).
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Adaptability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
