Job Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, including digging, lifting, loading, and general cleanup.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely.
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks as needed.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Perform physical labor tasks, including trenching, shoveling, carrying heavy materials, and site clearing.
- Assist in operating lifts, scaffolding, or other equipment under supervision (with provided training).
- Travel to job sites as required, including out-of-town projects with per diem provided.
