Pacific Cabinets Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of commercial casework projects. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality cabinets, countertops, and millwork for schools, universities, hospitals, and laboratories. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Manage multiple commercial casework projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to understand project requirements, set expectations, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and use of materials and labor.
- Monitor the manufacturing and installation process, ensuring compliance with AWI / WI certification standards and quality guidelines.
- Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues that arise during the course of the project.
- Conduct regular project status updates and meetings with clients, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
- Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and comprehensive, including contracts, change orders, and project plans.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Track project performance using key metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
