Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for residential and commercial construction projects.
• Study project plans, specifications, and requirements.
• Evaluate site conditions and identify potential costs or additions.
• Develop and present detailed budgets, proposals, and reports.
• Collaborate with property owners, contractors, and team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Stay current with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction advancements.
• Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
• Utilize Xactimate and other estimating tools for precision and efficiency.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to validate project details.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with Xactimate software is required.
• Minimum two-year degree in a related field; BSc/BA in construction or business management is preferred (experience may substitute for formal education).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and ERP software.
• Knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and safety standards.
• Excellent math skills, including algebra and geometry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Experience in building code navigation and compliance.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday.
