This role is essential to ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in plumbing and medical gas systems and a track record of successfully managing field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on multiple commercial plumbing and medical gas projects.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing and medical gas codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Oversee project scheduling, material procurement, and workforce management.
• Train, mentor, and supervise foreman, plumbers, and technicians.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and engineers to ensure project success.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control measures to maintain excellence in workmanship.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and compliance records.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Plumbing & Medical Gas licenses (required).
• 10 years of experience in commercial plumbing and medical gas installations.
• 5 years of leadership experience as a Superintendent or Senior Foreman.
• Expertise in reading blueprints, project specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations, building codes, and medical gas certifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on high-pressure, deadline-driven projects while maintaining quality and compliance.
