TempExperts is filling several Exterior OR Interior Superintendent positions at a well-established company focusing on Commercial Construction throughout the United Sates.
Previous background experience in the commercial industry is a requirement. It’s a plus with experience in the following industries : hotels, condominium complexes, resorts, or corporate offices.
Superintendents work closely with all members of the project team and supervise, encourage, teach, and when necessary, work side-by-side with the team.
They will be responsible for the following :
Oversee, teach, manage, and mentor new employees.
Work side-by-side with team if / when necessary.
Schedule projects.
Communicate and work well with Project Manager and client General Manager.
Reports daily to management.
Submit daily logs.
Provide daily photographs.
CMIC experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus, not a requirement.
