Key Responsibilities

• Project Management & Scheduling:
• Plan and oversee renovation projects from start to finish.
• Create and maintain detailed schedules for employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Anticipate and resolve project challenges to ensure timely delivery.
• Hands-On Trade Expertise:
• Provide training and guidance to teams using advanced trade skills.
• Step in to perform trade-specific tasks when necessary.
• Bring and maintain a personal set of professional tools for on-site use.
• Plan Interpretation & Implementation:
• Read and execute construction and design plans with precision.
• Communicate design intent to subcontractors to ensure accuracy.
• Team Leadership & Coordination:
• Lead teams of subcontractors and employees, fostering collaboration.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain accountability for project outcomes.
• Quality Control & Compliance:
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to Florida building codes and high-quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the on-site liaison for clients and designers, providing regular updates.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  

Qualifications

• Required Skills:
• Proven experience managing high-end residential renovations.
• Proficiency in multiple trades with the ability to perform tasks as needed.
• Strong understanding of Florida building codes and permitting.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and employees effectively.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Must supply your basic hand tools.
• Preferred Skills:
• 10 years of residential construction experience, including leadership roles.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management software for scheduling and documentation.
• Experience working with high-end clientele and managing their expectations.
