- Carry out tasks that require mechanical inclination and physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 lbs.-Work at heights and in various conditions, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Participate in the apprenticeship program to gain skills and experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.-Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude while working with team members and supervisors.
The ideal candidate should possess : -No prior experience required; training will be provided.-A background in construction is beneficial but not necessary.
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential.-Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.-Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
