Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Replace filters and belts as needed
• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems to ensure proper operation
• Maintain accurate service records using the company service app
• Keep the work environment and company vehicle clean and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients and vendors
• Work closely with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
• Travel as needed for projects, with per diem provided
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC and/or refrigeration systems
• Experience performing preventative maintenance
• Willingness to work on-call and overtime as needed
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to travel regularly for projects
  
  

Requirements

• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in various environments and physically demanding conditions with the use of ladders
