As an HVAC Tech 2, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC/R systems while delivering top-tier customer service to our commercial clients.

- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients and vendors
- Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and management
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform circuit breaker replacements and electrical component repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Accurately complete timesheets, work orders, and documentation
- Follow company safety protocols and industry best practices
- Work on-call and overtime as needed to meet customer demands
- Previous experience in HVAC service, maintenance, or repair
- Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Knowledge of circuit breaker replacement and electrical repairs
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and vendors
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts and overtime
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA 608 Certification for Refrigerant Management (Required)
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license (Preferred)
- Comfortable working in various environments and physically demanding conditions with the use of ladders
