Unlike other companies where you may feel like a number, at Quality, you will always feel like a valued member of our family.Key Responsibilities : -Install heating and cooling system upgrades in residential and commercial properties.-Perform service and maintenance on existing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.-Troubleshoot and repair equipment, diagnosing and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.-Ensure systems operate at the highest energy efficiencies possible.-Provide exceptional customer service in high-end homes, maintaining professionalism and respect for the client's property.-Keep accurate work logs, including job sites, time, equipment, materials, and follow-up recommendations.-Work with minimal supervision, using independent decision-making and technical skills to complete tasks.-Use equipment, materials, tools, and time responsibly and effectively.-Stay aware of safety concerns, adhere to safety practices, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.-Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to explain issues, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction.Qualifications : -Experience : Minimum of 3 years in HVAC service and installation.-Technical Skills : Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and using power and hand tools.-Customer Service : Experience working in high-end residential settings, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.-Construction Knowledge : Understanding of building codes and blueprints, with the ability to perform basic mathematical functions relevant to the trade.-Physical Ability : Capable of lifting heavy equipment (minimum of 50 lbs.), climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces or various weather conditions.-Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interactions.-Reliability : Punctual, dependable, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and a cooperative attitude toward completing all assigned work.-Background Check : Ability to pass a background check.-Service Titan : Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.-Driver's License : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
