Are you a seasoned sales leader with a passion for interior design and expertise in closing high-value in-home sales? We're looking for an Installer Technician to join our team. Our company enhances clients' homes with premium window treatments - blinds, shades, shutters, exterior patio shades, and motorization. While experience with window treatments is preferred, we're primarily interested in individuals skilled in installing and taking great care in high-end homes. As An Installer Technician, You Will

• Install window treatments - blinds, shades, shutters, and exterior shade products - with meticulous care and attention to detail .
• Perform window covering repairs (training provided)
• Guide clients in choosing whether to repair current window treatments or buy new high-quality window treatments, applying your design expertise and sales savvy to bring each project to life.
• Offer exceptional customer service and oversee each project, ensuring client satisfaction consultation through completion.

We are looking for a seasoned Installer Technician with:

What We Offer

• Compensation: $60,000 per year plus 2.5% of all sales
• Extensive Training: Unlimited training and support to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
• Tools of the Trade: Access to all necessary tools, technology and software platforms to streamline your workflow. You'll have a branded company van and gas card included to help drive your success
• Schedule: Standard 9-5, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or evening appointments as needed.
• Paid Time Off: Enjoy 10 days of PTO and 9 paid holidays annually. You capitalize on the opportunities as they come. Work hard, play hard!
• Location: In-person role with a mix of in-home installations and repairs.
  
  

Physical Demands

• Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment
• Heavy lifting required (50-75) pounds, ladder work and tight space work required from time to time
• Heavy lifting (50 lbs), twisting, bending, use of both hands and arms, kneeling, squatting, standing and/or walking for long periods, climbing of ladders and/or scaffolding.
• Wear personal protective equipment
• Ability to occasionally work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day
  
  

Working Environment

• Work both indoors and outdoors
• Exposure to very hot or very cold temperatures
• Will be in proximity to hazardous conditions, equipment, and situations
• Wear safety attire, such as goggles or other protective clothing
• Could be exposed to sounds and noise levels that are uncomfortable and distracting
• Work in high or elevated places
