Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on residential projects.
• Coordinate project tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and on-time completion.
• Read and interpret blueprints, landscape designs, and project specifications.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment, including skid steers, trenchers, and mowers.
• Install softscape and hardscape elements, including plants, pavers, retaining walls, and irrigation systems.
• Train and mentor crew members, ensuring safety, efficiency, and skill development.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Ensure compliance with local landscaping and environmental regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping equipment.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years proven experience in residential landscaping, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction, horticulture, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to read and execute landscape blueprints and design plans.
• CDL license required (for equipment transportation and hauling materials).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, operate equipment, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
