- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Familiarize themselves with provided documents/design that will be provided prior to beginning a new project, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, sales people, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site assessments to determine project feasibility.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the landscape installation team, providing guidance and support.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Track expenses and provide financial reports to upper management.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications.
