We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee landscape installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design and construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Familiarize themselves with provided documents/design that will be provided prior to beginning a new project, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, sales people, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine project feasibility.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage the landscape installation team, providing guidance and support.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Budget Management:
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Track expenses and provide financial reports to upper management.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications.
  • Address any issues or concerns that arise during the installation process.
• Client Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and any changes to scope or budget.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and submit project completion reports to management and clients.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the landscape installation industry.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, horticulture, and construction methods.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.

• This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Traveling to multiple job sites.
