Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our landscaping projects from start to finish. As a Bilingual Spanish Landscaping Project & Accounts Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and ensuring the success of every project.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Meet with residential clients, HOA representatives, and property developers to review project details and gather requirements. Create detailed estimates, scopes of work, and proposals to sell projects to clients while building strong relationships. Oversee the jobs you sell from start to finish, coordinating with install teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Proactively create and follow up on leads, find new opportunities, and spread the word at installations to nearby neighborhoods. Partner with the landscaping design team to develop prints and plans for clients. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.
What We're Looking For: A proven project management experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or softscaping, with familiarity in creating estimates and scopes of work. A knack for building relationships and closing deals, with a proactive approach to lead generation. Familiarity with landscaping design is highly beneficial. Spanish fluency is a plus.
