Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Development Specialist to join our team. As a Bilingual Spanish Landscaping Project & Accounts Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and ensuring the success of every project. This role requires a unique blend of project management, sales, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities: Meet with clients to review project details and gather requirements. Create estimates, scopes of work, and proposals to sell projects to clients while building strong relationships. Oversee jobs from start to finish, coordinating with install teams to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Proactively create and follow up on leads, find new opportunities, and spread the word at installations to nearby neighborhoods. Partner with the landscaping design team to develop prints and plans for clients. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.
Requirements: Proven project management experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or softscaping. Familiarity in creating estimates and scopes of work. A knack for building relationships and closing deals, with a proactive approach to lead generation. Familiarity with landscaping design is highly beneficial. Spanish fluency is a plus. A motivated self-starter who thrives on opportunity and growth. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
