If you're a skilled plumber with a Journeyman Plumbing License or in the process of obtaining one within the next 6-12 months and a passion for high-quality residential work, we want to hear from you. • Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance to the highest standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring best practices and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and technology to track jobs and communicate with the team.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and customer-friendly work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Represent Thumbs Up Plumbing professionally in all customer interactions.
• Drive and maintain a company-provided van, ensuring it's stocked and ready for service calls.

• Journeyman Plumbing License (Required) or in the process of obtaining one within the next 6-12 months.
• Experience in residential & commercial plumbing services (or similar field).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to train/mentor apprentices.
• Customer service-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Comfortable using modern tech tools (iPad, software, etc.) for job tracking and communication.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Full-time position (Monday - Friday, daytime hours).
