Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair residential swimming pools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, including pumps, heaters, and filtration systems.
• Perform routine pool maintenance, including water chemistry testing and adjustments.
• Lead and train service team members on Shoreline's processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with all services.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and service activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in pool maintenance or a similar field is preferred; training will be provided for Shoreline-specific methods.
• Certified Pool Operator License (Required) or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on work, including lifting equipment and operating tools.

Schedule
