">Key Responsibilities
">">- Pick up and deliver parts as needed
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on heavy equipment, engines, light-duty and heavy-duty trucks
- Pressure wash equipment and vehicles to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
- Travel to job sites to assist with equipment maintenance and repairs
- Adjust equipment and replace faulty parts to ensure proper function
- Diagnose and repair damaged equipment parts, performing both major and minor repairs as needed
- Operate heavy equipment to test repaired machinery and confirm performance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Ensure all work meets safety and operational standards
">Requirements
">">- Experience in mechanical work, especially with heavy equipment and vehicles, is preferred
- Must have own tools (a Snap-on truck visits the shop weekly)
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to lift heavy parts, work in various weather conditions, and handle physically demanding tasks
- Good driving record and an active driver's license required
