00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience Full Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support our dynamic home building team.

As an integral part of Regal Homes LI, you will help streamline office operations, manage schedules, and provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of our construction projects and client interactions.

Who we are : Regal Homes LI is a family-owned business that has been serving Long Island for four generations. Specializing in both new home construction and renovations, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship in every project we undertake.

Our team of expert designers and contractors works closely with clients to create luxurious and functional living spaces that reflect their aesthetic preferences and lifestyle.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Calendar Management : Coordinate and manage schedules for the project coordinator and project manager, including subcontractor and homeowner meetings, site visits, and appointments.

  • Client Interaction : Schedule client meetings, assist with communication between clients and the construction team, and ensure timely follow-up on client requests and updates.
  • Document Management : Prepare, proofread, and manage project-related documents, contracts, and correspondence. Maintain organized files both digitally and physically to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Project Coordination : Assist with project tracking by updating timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating between different departments to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Office Task Management : Assist team members with printing, mailings, and document preparation. Keep office supplies stocked and organized to maintain a productive work environment.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Education : High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.

  • Experience : Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or home building industry, is a plus.
  • Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;

strong written and verbal communication skills. Design experience is a plus!-Attributes : Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
