The selected candidate will serve as a liaison between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients. They will maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets. They must track project progress and identify areas requiring immediate attention to ensure timely completion. Regular communication with all stakeholders is essential to provide project updates, resolve issues, and maintain relationships.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination role within construction or a related field is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is critical. A valid driver's license with reliable transportation is also necessary, along with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
