Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through door-to-door sales and in-person outreach.
• Leverage in-house leads and proactively generate your own leads when opportunities arise.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify their roofing needs.
• Conduct inspections and prepare accurate estimates tailored to client needs.
• Present and explain roofing solutions, tailoring options to customer preferences.
• Prepare accurate quotes and contracts in alignment with company standards.
• Work collaboratively with the roofing team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, company offerings, and competitor practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of successful door-to-door or outside sales experience.
• General knowledge of CRM systems to manage leads and customer information effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and close sales effectively.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within assigned territories.
• Familiarity with roofing or construction sales is a plus, but not required.
