Key Responsibilities

• Identify Opportunities: Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking, lead generation, and cold calling.
• Client Engagement: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
• Accurate Estimations: Conduct on-site and remote job assessments, including material, labor, and travel requirements.
• Build Relationships: Maintain strong customer connections and act as the liaison between clients and the project team.
• Ensure Excellence: Perform quality checks on completed work, addressing any changes or adjustments as necessary.
• Team Coordination: Communicate with management and crews to ensure smooth project execution.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sales or project estimation role preferred - we'll teach you our proven methods!
• Valid driver's license and insurability required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to safely use ladders and basic hand tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States; additional language skills are a plus.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility based on client needs.
• Office and field-based work split (30% office, 70% on-site).
  
  

Work Location

• Based out of Clarksville, TN, with travel to client sites as required.
