Key Responsibilities
- Meet in-person with homeowners in NYC and nearby areas (all leads provided-no cold calling).
- Assess customer HVAC and insulation needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Deliver persuasive, value-focused sales presentations and close deals.
- Manage your own pipeline and follow up with prospects using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, energy-efficiency programs, and rebates.
- Represent Always On HVAC with professionalism and integrity.
- Must have sales experience in HVAC, construction, or a related field.
- Must be based in NYC and familiar with the local residential market.
- Must be a proactive, motivated, go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurable driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and closing skills - confident, personable, and professional face-to-face.
- Comfortable working independently and hitting and exceeding sales goals consistently.
- Experience with residential HVAC systems or home services is a huge plus.
