Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of commercial and industrial plumbing projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing crews, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to maintain smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular job site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor plumbing crews to develop their technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Order materials, manage inventory, and ensure job sites are properly equipped.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Complete and submit required reports, documentation, and job site records.
- Extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional plumbing.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing job site logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- OSHA and safety certifications preferred.
