Job OverviewWe are seeking a Production Coordinator and Admin to manage quoting, scheduling, and operational logistics in a multi-faceted role.
This individual will serve as a key liaison between customers, field teams, and internal departments to ensure timely, organized, and high-quality project execution.
This role requires a combination of administrative precision, operational coordination, and customer engagement skills.Key Responsibilities-Office Administration-Coordinate installation schedules and notify customers of project timelines.
- Prepare and track documents to support internal and client operations.-Customer Engagement-Communicate directly with clients to confirm details such as product selections, color changes, and project updates.
May need to perform site visits as needed.-Provide professional, proactive customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Sales Assistance-Support sales representatives with quote preparation and inbound lead scheduling.-Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed.
- Warehouse Operations-Receive deliveries, organize materials, and verify shipments for accuracy.-Lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Oversee the unloading and staging of window deliveries and related materials, including caulk, nails, and trim.-Maintain an organized warehouse environment, ensuring readiness for project launches.
- Utilize basic shop skills such as measuring and operating a chop saw.Qualifications-2 years of experience in an administrative, production, or project coordination role.
Preferably in Construction or Residential Remodeling.-Proficiency with CRM tools and Google Calendar; experience with AccuLynx is a bonus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.-Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset. Bi-lingual in Polish is a plus!-Basic carpentry or shop experience is preferred, but not necessary.
