Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to support successful project execution.
- Serve as a liaison between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
- Track project progress and identify areas requiring immediate attention to ensure timelines are met.
- Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to provide project updates, resolve issues, and maintain relationships.
- Support procurement activities by coordinating with vendors and managing project materials.
- Assist in the development of detailed project plans and reports.
- Monitor job site safety compliance and assist in maintaining high safety standards.
- Participate in training programs to stay current with best practices, including OSHA and safety certifications.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
- 2 years of experience in a project coordination role within construction or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation; ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Certifications such as OSHA, Fall Protection, or Lift training are a plus (training provided if needed).
