Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring all work is done on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Supervise job sites, including subcontractors, laborers, and materials, to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, including OSHA and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage project schedules, adjust timelines as needed, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Review and approve invoices, track budgets, and manage expenses to prevent cost overruns.
- Solve on-site problems efficiently and proactively address any project challenges.
- Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and material orders.
- Represent The Grand Contracting professionally to clients, vendors, and trade partners.
- Experience in a similar role within residential or commercial construction.
- Strong ability to self-manage and take ownership of projects.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changes on-site.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
- Proficiency in using construction management software (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills for hybrid position, including tech tools, photo taking, clear texts, proper use of grammar, detailed emails, mobile hotspot, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
