- Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of landscape construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead site meetings to address project progress, resolve issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement and logistics, including materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and industry standards.
- Manage and mentor site teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Utilize project management software to track schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.
- Address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in landscape construction or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing residential, commercial, or industrial landscape projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- 60-hour OSHA & SST certification. (preferred)
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
